The Chennai Management Academy’s training activities are guided by Senior Faculty members viz. Mr. S. Ramachandran and Mr. K. Rajasekaran.

1. Mr. S. Ramachandran is one of the senior faculties of Chennai Management Academy and he was a Senior Manager, BHEL.

2. The Academy’s core faculty Mr. K. Rajasekaran is a senior banker with over two decades of experience in Banking and Export-Import procedures, he has held Senior Positions in both Public Sector and Private sector Banks.

Faculty

The Academy is administered by Mr. N. Govindarajan, who has more than two decades of experience in Organizing and conducting training programmes both Open House and In-house. Formerly Head – Training & Facilitation with Management Study Centre, Chennai.

We request you to depute your executives for our various Open/Public Seminars being conducted at Major Cities in India.

Mr. S. RAMACHANDRAN

Has a total industrial experience of 36 years out of which more than 34 years in Materials Functions at B.H.E.L., Trichy and Hindustan Motors, Tiruvallur and for the Nineteen years as a freelance consultant and trainer.

As a faculty, he has conducted various programmes for other forums like C.I.I, A.I.M.O, I.I.M.M., Productivity Councils of Chennai, Coimbatore and Salem, Anna Institute of Management etc.

He has conducted more than 1900 training programmes for leading Corporates including programmes on ‘Inventory and Stores Management’, ‘Purchase Management’, ‘Vendor Management’, ‘Negotiation Skills’, ‘Lean Manufacturing for Waste Elimination’, ‘Production Cycle Time Reduction’, ‘Toyota Production Systems’, ‘Product Cost Reduction’ ‘Total Productive Maintenance’ etc.,

Mr. K. RAJASEKARAN

A senior banker with over Two Decades of experience in Banking and Export-Import procedures, he has held Senior Positions in both Public Sector and Private Banks.

He is well versed in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange.

He has handled sessions on Export Finance and EXIM procedures for FEDAI at Ahmedabad. He is a regular visiting faculty at Ahmedabad Management Association.

Is a well known faculty and resource person for renowned institutions like EDI, Nirma Institute of Management, ICFAI and Bank of Baroda Staff College, Ahmedabad.

Mr. ASHIT HEGDE

Possesses more than two decades of experience in Banking as senior officer with Bank of Baroda in India and abroad.

Until recently, heading the Finance function at a leading manufacturing and exporting company.

Has intricate knowledge about Letter of Credit and Documentation as also related banking and legal issues.

Mr. MOHAN R. LAVI

A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance and top management roles across a variety of industries. He is now running his own consulting and data analytics firm based in Bangalore.

He is the author of books on Service Tax, Sarbanes Oxley Act, IFRS and US GAAP. He has recently written a book “Impact of IFRS on Industry” which is being published by Wiley, London.

He is a regular contributor of articles on subjects of topical interest to The Hindu Business Line and other major publications.
